Our Mission

Gyansthan has started various celebrity-headed academies with the likes of Salim Merchant, Subhash Ghai, Alka Yagnik, MS Dhoni, Shiamak Davar, Cyrus Broacha, and many more. Via these academies, we have created a one-stop solution for all co-scholastic education that caters to the skill sets required for the jobs of tomorrow. We are successfully working with more than 150 schools across India training more than 100,000 students.

The mission of our organization is to make the youth of India skilled by teaching them various life skills at the most impressionable age irrespective of their geographical location or socio-economic background and to help Indian corporates to increase the happiness quotient of their employees.

Rishabh Shah

Co-Founder

A 4th generation business scion- this 32 year old apart from his family business has carved out his own image by being a social entrepreneur, lecturer, columnist, best-selling author, host & philanthropist. Howbeit, he is best known for founding the worlds largest youth-run organization- India's International Movement to Unite Nations or as it is popularly called I.I.M.U.N. Advised by a cohort of erudite gentlemen such Mr. Deepak Parekh, Mr. Ajay Piramal, Mr. Nadir Godrej, AR Rahman, Chiefs of Armed Forces amongst others, it comprises of a team of 26,000 students who have since its inception in 2011 impacted 50 million lives in 220 cities across 35 countries. Using concourses as a medium- his aim is to unite the world the Indian way- many alumni today include parliamentarians, authors, lawyers, and eminent business leaders. Aman Baldia

Co-Founder & CEO

Aman Baldia is a 29 years old soft skills trainer and entrepreneur who has a keen interest in helping the future kingpins of India to reach their true potential and ensuring that students across India get an equal opportunity to develop holistically irrespective of their geographical location or socio-economic background. An engineer by education, after winning a lot of student honors such as becoming the General Secretary of Mumbai University college, getting inducted into his college's Hall of Fame, he started working with IIMUN, World's largest youth-run organization working on educational event management. He ended up working with this organization for 7 years, initially as a volunteer during his college days and later on a full-time basis, where, at the time of leaving, he was the Deputy President of the organization and had overseen the expansion of their services from 9 to 160 cities in India. Via his work there, he got an opportunity to train more than 100,000 students in international affairs. After his stint with IIMUN, he started his own soft skills training organization named Enunciate which in its two years of operations has worked with 75 institutions across 13 cities in India and Nepal. He wishes to widen the scope of extra-curricular training provided to students across India and thus is keen to lead GyanSthan to every nook and cranny of India.
